Hotel CAG Pride, the first of its kind in Coimbatore has established an international quality management standard ISO 9001:2000 willing to guarantee the highest quality of hospitality and food service, to satisfy all the requirements of our customers, to maintain stable economical indicators in a long­lasting perspective.

Hotel CAG Pride has been certified with a Quality management certificate ISO 9001:2000 by The Intertek Quality Registrar (A busniess unit of Intertek Group plc UK) for the scope "Provision of Accomodation and Foods". The audit was made under the standards of the Quality management standard ISO 9001:2000.

The ISO 9001 standards helped to achieve a quality management system in the hotel CAG Pride and guarantee a responsible, exact and team-based work of all the personnel, also a transparency of development of all processes, a responsibility among all employees, encourage a permanent improvement of all services and activity, decreasing of costs, increasing of sales and profit.
